Postless hip arthroscopy is very popular nowadays, and several techniques have been published. To our knowledge, no published techniques have been described that access the hip with a postless technique in reconstructing a labrum in a complete, segmental, or augmented manner. We present a modified technique for hip labral augmentation and reconstruction without a post.
