Dr. Peter Kim is a hand and upper extremity specialist at Boston Sports and & Shoulder Center. He specializes in sports injuries of the hand and wrist, fractures, arthritic conditions, peripheral nerve compression, and complex microsurgical reconstruction. He currently serves as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital, where he performs the entire spectrum of upper extremity surgery. He has a busy clinical practice that draws from throughout New England, and beyond. After serving 12 years on the Beth Israel Deaconess/Harvard Hand Surgery faculty, he is now assistant professor at Tufts University, where he is on faculty at the Tufts Hand Fellowship, continuing his work as surgeon-innovator and educator.
